Most of you have probably seen this one already.

Jesse McReynolds' "Franklin's Tower"

Jesse's artistic license on the vocals is pretty sweet, the mullet on the fiddle player is freakin' awesome.

Somewhere Jerry is nodding his head in approval.....at both - and wishing he was sitting in.

Okay, I'm done flooding the forum for today.

...And, sometimes the cover blows the original away: Sorry, Joni, but Naz takes it by a mile.

His whole album of GD covers is overall, a damn fine effort.

That was thoroughly enjoyable. I wouldn't compare it a GD version, as it's so vastly different, but that's a great rendition. I've heard many different classic songs reworked by various bluegrass musicians, and they always seem to work exceptionally well. Awesome that McReynolds is still out their pickin' away.
